ABOUT US

For over fifty years, American Fiberglass has engineered and fabricated FRP systems for industries where fiberglass performance isn't optional. From our Phoenix shop, we build corrosion-resistant tanks, vessels, and floating pump stations for mining, municipal water, and industrial process operations across the Southwest — much of it still in service decades after delivery.

Since 1970

American Fiberglass has manufactured in Phoenix, Arizona since 1970, and we pioneered fiberglass floating pump stations that same decade — some still running today. We work alongside your team from design through fabrication through installation, engineering every component for its specific chemistry, structure, and service conditions before a single piece is built.

Our Crews

Our field crews are MSHA-certified and trained for confined-space and hazardous-materials work, with deep experience in mines, power plants, and industrial sites where safety isn't negotiable. We contract across the Southwest — Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Colorado, Utah, and California — so we don't just fabricate it in the shop, we put it in the ground.

What Sets Us Apart

Corrosion resistance is the foundation of everything we build. We fabricate filament-wound tanks and vessels matched to the exact chemical, concentration, and temperature each job demands — including aggressive sulfuric acid and caustic service that defeats standard materials. In-house manufacturing lets us control quality from the resin system to the final weld, and we service what we build long after it ships.
